WHY?This is a call to action - our koalas are vulnerable and we need to work well together to give them the best chance of survival. Over many years, there has been much good work done by many people. It is now time to come together - to learn from what we have done, identify what needs to happen next, and develop a coordinated course of action. |
WHat?You are invited to join us in co-creating an active network of people working towards the survival and wellbeing of koalas on the South Coast. The workshop will be focused on understanding the current needs, identifying directions and priority actions to meet those needs, and forming collaborative teams who can work together to make things happen. This workshop is the direct result of a community forum which was held in February this year. From that gathering a community based working group was formed to design and deliver a process that is aimed at broadening community engagement, and implementing coordinated and targeted actions. |
Who?The workshop is for anyone who cares about the future of our koalas, and is aimed at bringing together our collective wisdom and energy to make a difference. The working group invite you to come to the workshop with an open-mind, a willingness to contribute positively and the intention to create achievable actions. |
